Fairly clean place with incredible staff members and mountain views. Great location for the price, close to two cable cars and buses to neighboring villages. Represents what we imagine a resort in the Austrian mountains should be.

The room was new-fashioned and huge, with comfortable bed and shower facilities, a hair dryer, and soft bathrobes in the bathroom. Street view here was breathtaking. The staff was patient and very helpful and provided exceptional service.

The location is magnificent, so close to the upstairs restaurant, the mountains along the valley, and the center of Hinterglemm. There's the Perfectionists' Cafe within easy walking distance of the hotel. They have tea/coffee/desserts❤️😊.

It was like the perfect base camp for our adventure-filled vacation in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. The location was ideal, right in the heart of Hinterglemm, so we were just a stone's throw away from all the action. Plus, the hotel had amazing amenities like a gym and even archery! We were never bored, and there was always something fun to do. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making sure we had the best time possible. And let's not forget about the amazing attractions nearby, like the Zell am See Leisure Centre and Felix Gottwald Ski Jump Stadium. Our vacation was truly unforgettable!

The top-notch restaurant and bar crews deserve a special shout-out. The location couldn't be better - right in the center of town, yet incredibly peaceful and quiet. I loved having my own private ski locker in the cellar, and the ski lift was just a short 2-minute walk away. The highlight for me was the big heated indoor pool and the relaxing sauna area, offering stunning views of the town.
